Outdoor Boot Camp:
Always fun, always different, always effective, our outdoor boot camp classes are sure to help you see results and keep you motivated. Be a part of this incredible community of women who support, encourage, and cheer you on. Even in a group setting you get attention from our trainers and instructors to be sure each exercise is suitable for you and your fitness level. Outdoor boot camps run in 8-to-10-week sessions and are outside as much as possible, moving online for inclement weather.
*covid protocol: We’re currently limiting class sizes in our outdoor boot camps to ensure ample social distancing at class. There is currently no equipment sharing.
Outdoor Yoga:
Join us for a balanced yoga practice that blends alignment and muscle engagement with breath awareness and fluid movement. Learn to move your body skillfully and safely on the mat while focusing on your mind.
Class is for all levels, with individual attention and modifications given.
Online Boot Camp:
Just like our outdoor boot camp, but from your own living room! You still get a great workout and individual attention from our trainer, but also get the convenience of working out at home. The community of women in our online boot camps is always supportive, encouraging, and fun!
