If you’re here, you are ready for a change. You are ready to commit to yourself and your health, and I’m so proud of you for taking this step!
Once you register you’ll receive an email with some forms to fill out, and we’ll schedule a time to go over them, chat about goals, and do your initial assessment. That will give me a good idea about where to start. This will take place in week 1 of your program.
Week 2 and beyond, you’ll receive your workouts (the number and duration will depend on our conversation) and goals to track. We’ll have nutrition coaching calls twice per month for the first 3 months, and once per month for the next 3 months, so you can hit the ground running! If you decide you need more support as you go, please let me know and we’ll discuss it!
